Location: Omaha School of Massage Therapy 5406 S 99th St Omaha, NE. 68127 Refund and Cancellation Policy For a full refund, cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to the workshop. No refunds or credit will be given if cancellation is within the 14 days prior to workshop. We need a minimum number of attendees to schedule a class. If you registered and we do not receive minimum number of registrations 14 days prior to workshop you will receive a full refund of any monies paid within 7 business days. Note- Refund policy will be deferred to any site hosting the workshop. The above refund policy only applies to workshops Ann is personally responsible for hosting.
