Posterior neck pain is at the top of the list of major complaints. Muscles in the back of the neck often cause headaches from being in a constant contracted state. These muscles work extra hard and continually contract to keep the head tilted up and looking straight ahead during forward head posture. Muscles can become inflamed and tight due to being overworked or injured. This class demonstrates precise techniques to relieve posterior neck pain.
