Forward head posture can lead to chronic pain, numbness in the arms and hands,   improper breathing, and even pinched nerves. This is because every inch your neck goes forward there is an extra 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) of weight on your neck. Learn what you can do to correct forward head posture by releasing the anterior cervicals.
 
 
Refund and Cancellation Policy
 
For a refund, cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to the workshop. Fees charged for transactions will not be refunded. No refunds or credit will be given if cancellation is within the 14 days prior to workshop. We need a minimum number of attendees to schedule a class. If you registered and we do not receive minimum number of registrations 14 days prior to workshop you will receive a refund minus transaction fees of any monies paid within 7 business days.
